The Minister of Higher Education, Bacar Mvoulana, received a delegation of officials from doctoral schools of the Indian Ocean Islands.
This visit marks the opening of a doctoral school in the Union of the Comoros. The initiative has been praised by all professors at the University of the Comoros, international partners, and the Ministry of Education.
Discussions focused on the necessary measures to facilitate the implementation of this project.
This session follows a 7-day workshop, held on Monday at the Faculty of Science and Technology, organized by members of the Docet 4 Africa network, an international university cooperation program aimed at strengthening the capacities of African universities in higher education and scientific research.
