Discussions on the Future of Dembeni High School and the Continuation of Aboubacar Ma’amadi in His Position

Minister of Higher Education, Bacar Mvoulana, received a large delegation from Dembeni Badjini led by Mr. Said Omar Said Hashem, Chairman of the Dembeni Secondary School Board. The discussions revolved around two main topics: supporting Dembeni Secondary School, part of which has been renovated thanks to the support of various associations and the Comorian community abroad, and the continuation of Aboubacar Ma’amadi in his position as a mathematics teacher at the secondary school, as some consider him a rare treasure for having taught and guided multiple generations from the area.

Minister Bacar Mvoulana promised to provide tangible and effective solutions to the various issues presented by the delegation. He also referred to the warm reception he received when appointed as a mathematics teacher at Dembeni Secondary School at the beginning of his career.

In his usual remarks, Bacar Mvoulana recalled the distinctive image of this city located south of Ndzuwani, where the locals are known for their warm hospitality and generosity towards strangers, which has become their trademark.
